1. Full-cycle project operation management: Fully responsible for the overall planning and execution of elevator maintenance projects within the jurisdiction, including the entire process from project takeover, contract performance to renewal, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
2. Team leadership and personnel management: Lead and manage the maintenance technical team, be responsible for personnel allocation, skills training (such as emergency rescue drills), performance assessment and team building.
3. Safety, quality and compliance management: As the first person responsible for project safety, strictly implement safety production norms (such as high-altitude operations, electrical safety), regularly organize safety inspections to ensure "zero accidents" in on-site operations; be responsible for project document management, ensuring that maintenance records, repair reports and special equipment supervision and inspection reports and other materials are complete and compliant, and cooperate with government departments to complete annual inspections.
4. Emergency response and technical support: Establish and improve emergency rescue plans, supervise and coordinate the technical team to handle incidents such as people being trapped and emergency repairs, and provide technical support to solve difficult problems.
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, electrical automation, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the elevator industry, including at least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance team management or project management; those familiar with the maintenance processes and technical features of mainstream elevator brands such as Hitachi, Mitsubishi, KONE, and Otis are preferred.
3. Communication and coordination skills: Capable of efficiently communicating with clients, government regulatory authorities, and internal teams; Stress resistance: Able to adapt to sudden overtime and emergency repair work pressure, and possess the ability to handle unexpected incidents.
4. Certification requirements: Hold a special equipment operation certificate; those holding an electrician certificate and a high-altitude work certificate are preferred.

4. Working area: Hubei region / Guangdong region
1. Be responsible for daily communication and coordination with the client in the assigned area.
2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and annual inspection of elevators in the regional projects.
1. High school or technical school diploma or above, major in elevator-related fields is preferred.
2. 2-5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, with experience in managing a team and handling over 100 elevators.
3. Hold a special equipment operation certificate and a driver's license.
